Fantastic Customer Service!

My experience with this business was wonderful. I did an online search for Bare Escentuals makeup and came across this place. When I called for directions the young lady on the phone was so helpful and talked to me like she had known me for years. After arriving I was seated and she spent over a half hour color matching and helping me decide on what makeup was best for my skin. Not only will I always purchase my makeup from here but I plan on booking a spa day for myself. A+ and keep up the good service.

I was so nervous about my first brazilian wax, but Talitha made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through everything and the experience was much better than I expected. I am definitely a client for life.

My husband purchased a spa day for our anniversary from this day spa. My experience was wonderful...starting with the relaxing massage, facial, spa pedicure and finally one of the best haircuts and color I've had in a long time. Everyone was so friendly and really made me feel at home. This will be for sure a gift at the top of my list every year.

Know Before you Go

I thought I was going to a reputable and professional hair salon. I came out hours later with my hair ruined. While they were willing to admit a mistake was made, they were very rude and unprofessional about it. I have never had a salon damaged my hair like they did. I would advise anyone going there for the first time to reconsider and think about choosing a different salon for their hair care needs.

Our policy states that if you are not satisfied with your hair color or cut that within one week of receiving your service we will correct or give in store credit to be used on one of our many other spa services. A Better You would like all clients to know that customer service is our number one concern and if your not satisfied, tell us and we will make it right.

I just came in yesterday after hearing that they sell Bare Escentauls and the young lady at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. She color matched me with the perfect foundation and helped pick out some eye colors that look good on me. I will always go back to them for makeup.
